Just print the interior pages on one side, and the exterior pages on the other side.

You'll need to provide three custom screenshots:
(a) Your project in the Kickstarter search results
(b) Your project's main screen (with the video and your project's goals)
(c) The "Alrighty" screen (with your project's rewards).
All of the rest (registration, amazon, confirmation, etc.) is standard.
